Are you passionate about building robust risk frameworks and driving strategic impact Lenovo is looking for a Finance Risk Management Specialist who will lead the charge in safeguarding our global operations and enabling smarter business decisions.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of Lenovo's finance organization-designing risk strategies, partnering with senior leaders, and leveraging cutting-edge technology to create a culture of resilience and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Lead with Impact: Develop and maintain a world-class Finance Risk Management Framework aligned with COSO ERM principles and Lenovo's business goals.
- Be the Risk Expert: Identify and assess financial risks-credit, operational, compliance, fraud-and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Drive Innovation: Use advanced analytics and tools to monitor risks, build dashboards, and deliver insights to executive leadership.
- Collaborate Across Borders: Work with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, HR, and more to embed risk processes into every corner of our finance operations.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Enhance processes, leverage technology, and lead initiatives that keep Lenovo ahead of emerging risks.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field (Master's or certifications like FRM, CPA, CIA are a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in finance risk management, internal audit, or consulting within a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex risk issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed, global setting.
- Proficiency in risk tools and finance systems (SAP, BPC, Power BI).
- Fluent in English Mandarin is a bonus.
