Responsibilities
1. Responsible for project planning, implementation, and daily management, and effectively control and manage project costs, personnel, schedule, quality, and risks 2. Represent the company in communicating with clients on project execution, serve as the unified interface person for clients, talk to clients middle and senior management, and connect internal resources to achieve client project value 3. Cooperate with front-end business and pre-sales support expansion, connect resources from all parties, guide customers, and assist front-end planning project direction 4. Regularly report project implementation status to customers and company leaders to ensure normal acceptance and continuation of the project 5. Provide digital transformation services to financial industry customers in conjunction with company products and strategies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer or software engineering, more than 5 years of experience as a project manager or project leader 2. Applicants who are familiar with the construction ideas and system architecture of data centers and infrastructure in the financial industry are preferred 3. Have certain pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility, strong self-drive, and are good at actively solving and feedback problems 4. Have good communication skills, business understanding, teamwork, efficient execution, and project promotion capabilities 5. Be familiar with project management methods and management tools, and be able to withstand a certain degree of business travel or on-site work. Those with PMP, information system project manager and other certificates will be given priority 6. Candidates with working experience in the IT department or operation department of financial companies such as banks and securities will be given priority.
