The Principal Objective of the Accounting Controller shall be responsible for financial and accounting administration, audit, taxation and forecasting and few other ad hoc projects.
What you&aposll do:
- Lead accounting administration and commercial controlling for the entities.
- Active management of operating expenses.
- Financial consolidation, planning, & forecasting for the responsible entities.
- Statutory compliance activities in Taiwan
What you&aposll bring:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance management operations
- Experience with a multi-national company is preferable
- SAP user experience is a plus
- Analytical: Possesses a data driven and quantitative mindset. Demonstrated ability to focus on key issues, research, gather and integrate information from a variety of sources and consider/recommend reasonable alternatives.
- Detail Oriented: Attention to detail, as demonstrated by regularly verifying all work thoroughly to ensure accuracy, and ability to recall specific facts quality and efficiently.
- Intercultural and Interprofessional: Ability to mediate between teams of different cultural (e.g. Taiwan and subsidiaries) and professional (e.g. IT and finance) backgrounds.
