Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and innovative environment As a Financial Analyst for Supply Chain Strategy & Realization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of our production controlling processes. You will collaborate closely with local Site Controllers, the Finance Data & Analytics Team, and the Head of Supply Chain Strategy & Realization to enhance our financial planning and analysis capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to fully automated reporting routines and support strategic decision-making within a cross-functional team.

Location: Taipei or Kaohsiung preferred

Your Role

  • Digital Transformation:
    • Manage and optimize the application Performance Factory.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders in business and IT to design and develop additional Performance Factory modules.
    • Own and maintain fully automated reporting routines, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
    • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance productivity through digital routines and automated reporting.
    • Implement new processes to validate data integrity and improve data accuracy.
    • Financial Planning & Analysis for Integrated Supply Chain:
      • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses related to manufacturing operations, including cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
      • Support local standard-price calculations and related processes.
      • Identify trends and variances to prepare strategic decision-making.
      • Ensure profitability goals are met through thorough savings reviews.
      • Prepare regular performance reviews and consolidate Electronics Manufacturing Cluster financials.
      • Contribute to the development of annual budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations in alignment with corporate objectives.
    Who You Are

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling, with a preference for manufacturing controlling roles.
    • Possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
    • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools, particularly Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems.
    • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical thinking, concept development, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with stakeholders and team across the globe.
