Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Meeting monthly closing timelines to complete the regional financial statement.
- Fostering a proactive approach for financial statement accuracy and the quality of accounts reconciliation.
- Ensuring revenue is recognized appropriately and that required reconciliations are completed on time.
- Proactively understanding the upstream process and providing guidance to avoid revenue recognition risks.
- Proactively identifying and pointing out revenue recognition risks and seeking clarification.
- Ensuring revenue is recognized appropriately in compliance with related regulations.
- Analyzing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, as well as management reports.
- Being responsible for Internal & External Audit preparation.
- Handling ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience or 2 years of experience at a Big 4 Accounting Firm.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is essential, with preference given to candidates familiar with SAP.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Proactive, mature, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under deadlines.
