Financial Accounting Specialist

Position Information

- Job Title: Finance / Accounting / Tax Specialist

- Reports to: Regional Finance Director

- Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Role Purpose

- The Finance / Accounting / Tax Specialist ensures the accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all financial operations for Inventec Japan.

- The position manages accounting, tax compliance, monthly closing, reporting to the Group, and business support.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Financial Operations: Manage full-cycle accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and alignment with Taiwanese GAAP.

- Monthly & Annual Closing: Prepare financial statements and execute closing tasks.

- Tax & Fiscal Compliance: Ensure compliance with Taiwanese tax regulations and coordinate tax filings.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budget preparation, monitor variances, and provide recommendations.

- Internal Controls & Compliance: Maintain internal controls and coordinate audits.

- Business Support: Provide financial analysis and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Key Competencies & Skills

- Strong knowledge of Taiwanese accounting standards and tax regulations.

- Experience with group reporting.

- Proficiency with ERPs and advanced Excel.

- Analytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to work independently.

- Fluent in Chinese and English.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.

- 57 years of experience in accounting and tax in Taiwan.

- Experience with audits and tax filings.

- Industrial or B2B experience is an asset.
