We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Financial Specialist to join our Regional Finance team and support financial operations across the APAC region. This role goes beyond daily accounting responsibilities you will also participate in cross-market financial process planning and provide financial insights that support business decisions.

This is an opportunity to gain exposure to cross-border accounting, regional financial operations, and strategic finance within a fast-growing startup environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial processes and workflows
  • Prepare and manage internal financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for management and stakeholders
  • Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and operational finance analysis
  • Participate in finance process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency
  • Lead statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
  • Support cross-border cash management and funding arrangements
  • Handle ad hoc projects and other tasks assigned by management

What We're Looking For

  • 35 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting; experience in the media industry is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with both local and international banks regarding financing and treasury matters
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and regions
  • Solid understanding of cross-border financial practices and tax compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate with regional teams
  • Strong business acumen with a hands-on and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate clearly with stakeholders
