About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to oversee the Taiwan Finance function while also leading Logistics, Warehouse and Payroll operations. This is a key leadership position partnering closely with Management to drive governance, operational excellence, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Leadership

  • Lead the Finance team to deliver monthend/yearend closing, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and business planning.
  • Review and approve payment and journal vouchers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Provide timely, highquality financial insights to support business and management decisions.
  • Maintain a strong internal control framework and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Oversee annual audit activities and ensure all required schedules are prepared and submitted on time.
  • Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, reporting quality, and system efficiency.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Management.

Logistics, Warehouse and Payroll

  • Lead the logistics, warehouse and payroll functions to ensure efficient operations, accurate inventory control, payroll control and alignment with financial and operational requirements.

People Leadership & Governance

  • Build, coach, and develop teams across Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and Payroll; set clear objectives and succession plans.
  • Own policy frameworks and SOPs across these functions; drive training, governance, and compliance monitoring.
  • Manage key stakeholders (HQ, auditors, banks, 3PLs, tax agents) with clear, timely, and transparent communication.

Qualifications

  • University degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years experience, including 8+ years in managerial roles.
  • Big 4 / international CPA firm background is a must; CPA qualification preferred.
  • Retail industry experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, crossfunctional collaboration, and processimprovement capability.
  • Proficient in English (reading & writing); Chinese language skills are an advantage.
