Overview
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (FBP) with strong business acumen and data analysis capabilities to support the growth of core business lines and drive the integration of finance and business operations.
As a key bridge between business and finance, you will be deeply involved in strategic decision-making, build and optimize business performance analysis frameworks, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role is critical in enabling efficient operations and sustainable growth in a fast-scaling environment.
No crypto background required we welcome candidates from internet, tech, or other fast-paced industries who are curious about space and eager to grow with it.
What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of business models, drive finance-business integration, and provide financial, operational, and tax-related support
- Build and continuously optimize business performance analysis frameworks (revenue, profit, cash flow, etc.), delivering dashboards and actionable insights
- Monitor business performance, identify key issues and risk areas, and propose practical, data-driven solutions
- Streamline and optimize finance-related processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance
- Partner closely with core business lines (e.g., spot and derivatives trading), identify key metrics and profitability drivers, and deliver strategic recommendations
- Support financial evaluation and implementation of new business initiatives and models
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- 4+ years of experience in Finance BP roles within leading financial institutions, internet companies, or Big4 firms
- Strong capabilities in financial analysis, business understanding, and execution with a proven track record of driving impact
- Solid methodology in business performance analysis, with the ability to independently build analytical frameworks and dashboards
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly identify key drivers and core metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally and drive execution; fluent in English
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in blockchain / crypto exchanges, with understanding of tokenomics, spot and derivatives business
- Background in internet, fintech, cross-border e-commerce, or SaaS industries
- Experience building business analysis or FP&A frameworks from 0 to 1
- Proficiency in data tools (Excel modeling, SQL, BI tools, etc.)
- Experience supporting complex or high-growth business environments
