Business Partnering to HR & Marketing/Trade Marketing Functions

Deliver best class business partnering to key stakeholders including HR, Marketing and Trade Marketing via financial KPIs to drive faster and better commercial deliverables

Support commercial agenda as well as ad-hoc business requests

Dynamic Resource Allocation of A&P and SG&A

In light of quarterly rolling forecast, review and optimize resource allocations of A&P (marketing & trade marketing expenditure) as well as SG&A (OPEX) to ensure financial reporting in line with group guidelines

Responsible for actual spend trackers to ensure smooth landing results

Promotion effectiveness analysis/ evaluation post marketing/ trade marketing/ digital marketing campaigns executed

Finance Lead of Sovereign Brands

Work closely with Trade Marketing Head to ensure target and local profit ration achieved based on commitment/ contract

CAPEX planning reporting

Leading business case modeling to validate financial and business impacts for future products launched
