Job Description

This role oversees Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Treasury operations, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow management, and corporate banking services. You will act as a strategic partner to business units, delivering insights that drive decision-making and profitability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Business Performance Leadership: Drive financial planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Strategic Insights: Deliver actionable analysis and recommendations that shape commercial decisions and long-term growth strategies
  • Decision Support: Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, product launches, and promotional initiatives to maximize profitability
  • Financial Modeling & Reporting: Build robust models and dashboards to monitor performance and guide management decisions
  • Liquidity & Risk Management: Oversee treasury operations, ensuring accurate cash flow forecasting, timely payments, and strong banking relationships

  • Educational Foundation: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Strategic Finance Expertise: Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering (minimum 3 years); broader exposure to Accounting/Finance (5-10 years) is a plus
