Position: Finance & HR Admin Officer (Location: Taipei)
(for a German company of 10 headcount set up in Taipei - electrical/ electronic sales)
- Invoice & Payment Processing: Review and verify invoices, match with PO/DO/PR/quotations, enter accounting system, and prepare timely payments
- Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain proper documentation of payments and support audit processes; ensure approval of expenses
- General Administration: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including supply coordination, document filing, and office support
- General HR Admin support role
Qualification & Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent. Some experience in Finance is a plus
- 1 - 2 years working experience in related field.
- Computer literature.
- Meticulous and neat with details.
- People oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
- Junior role is acceptable, may provide guidance / training.
