Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
  • Manage full set of accounts and month-end closing.
  • Prepare monthly/annual financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Oversee cash flow reporting, statutory audits, and tax filings (VAT, corporate tax).
  • Handle payroll processing, statutory submissions, and employee-related payments.
  • Manage AP/AR, banking matters, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Moving & Relocation Division Support
  • Supervise accounting for Moving & Relocation operations.
  • Ensure accurate sales uploads, job costing, accruals, and unbilled job tracking.
  • Review agent invoices, subcontracting costs, and monthly contribution reports.
  • Monitor tonnage reports and sales cut-off accuracy.
Fixed Assets & Capex
  • Maintain fixed asset register and reconcile additions/disposals.
  • Track fixed asset purchase requisitions and support month-end closing.
Administration & HR Support
  • Oversee general office administration (purchasing, bills, office setup).
  • Follow up on receivables and ensure reasonable DSO.
  • Handle shipping rate requests, insurance claims, and vendor negotiations.
  • Support basic HR functions including leave and payroll administration.
Other Responsibilities
  • Strengthen internal controls and highlight key risk areas.
  • Prepare quarterly corporate data and HQ-required reports.
  • Support adhoc management reporting and special projects.
Requirements
  • 10+ years finance/accounting experience, including 3+ years in supervision/management.
  • Strong experience in full-set accounting, month-end closing, tax and statutory reporting.
  • Experience in multinational, logistics, relocation, or service industries preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of financial standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and advanced Excel.
  • Familiar with payroll administration and statutory authority interactions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Proactive, independent, able to handle pressure and multiple priorities.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
