WHA 1 Pluakdaeng, Rayong
Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts to support financial planning and management decision-making
- Issue invoices and tax invoices accurately and within required timelines
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection
- Record incoming payments and reconcile receipts with accounting records
- Maintain accurate AR aging reports and investigate discrepancies
2. Accounts Payable (AP)
- Review and verify purchasing documents (Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, vendor invoices) for completeness and accuracy
- Process vendor invoices and transactions in SAP (MIRO/MIGO)
- Prepare payment vouchers and coordinate with the relevant team for payment processing
- Prepare and issue withholding tax certificates (PND 3, PND 53) in compliance with regulations
- Prepare monthly input VAT reports and maintain proper tax documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
3. Fixed Assets
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register accurately
- Perform periodic physical verification of assets and reconcile with records
- Record depreciation, asset disposals, transfers, and adjustments in the system
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies for asset management
4. General Accounting & Support
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents for audit purposes
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and retrieving required documentation
- Manage document filing, archiving, and record retention systematically
- Participate in inventory stock counts and reconciliation as assigned
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in accounting functions (AR/AP/GL) is preferred
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of Thai tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax)
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
