Job Description

Role Purpose

  • Support monthly closing activities and forecast about inventory, Fixed assets process and expense accrual.
  • Performing analysis on the variance of expense and unit cost.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage Inventory (RM/PK/Parts) transaction with SCM.
2. Perform month end closing process and reconciliation.
3. Monitor Capital project spending with project leader and cash out planning.
4. Perform fixed assets management after Capital project serviced.
5. Support fixed asset physical write off process and prepare the Tax filing document.
6. Support finance justifications for cost improvement project or capital project.
7. Support Inventory and fixed assets monthly forecast and annual budget plan.
8. Analyze cost variances to identify risks/opportunities.
9. Work with cost reduction initiatives with cross function.
10. Collaborate with other department to implement new changes to procedure.
11. Coordinate capital fcst and cash out plan with engineers to improve accuracy.
12. Perform effective internal control practice.
13. Adhoc requests to support plant and Division as assigned.

Experiences/Education - Required

. BS in Finance/Accounting
. 3+ years min, Manufacturing costing or audit firm experiences preferred.
. Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex topics.
. Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
. Ability to work independently as well as part of cross functional teams.
. Open to challenging traditional processes and thinking

Experiences/Education - Desired

. Familiar ERP system (PeopleSoft / SAP)
. Strong excel, power BI and power point skills
