Finance Accounting Manager

An investment management platform is looking for an experienced finance professional to lead finance operations and support the implementation of a new ERP system across multiple group entities. This role combines hands-on financial management with finance transformation and systems work.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee core finance operations including AP, AR, GL, consolidation and financial reporting
• Review month-end reporting from overseas entities and supervise payment processes
• Manage audits, statutory reporting, and corporate / indirect tax filings
• Ensure regulatory and compliance reporting for licensed entities
• Support group treasury activities including cashflow management and intercompany funding
• Partner with internal stakeholders on finance policies, billing matters and operational queries
• Lead ERP implementation including vendor evaluation, workflow design, UAT and post go-live support
• Manage data migration, reporting dashboards and finance system improvements
• Support business expansion initiatives, including new entity setups and licensing requirements

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with approximately at least 10 years of experience
• Background in financial services, investment management or related industries preferred
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, consolidation accounting and financial controls
• Experience leading ERP or finance system implementations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with finance systems is advantageous
