Job Description

  • Supervise end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely handling of receivables, payables, and general ledger operations.
  • Produce monthly financial reports and prepare all required financial packages for internal and group-level review.
  • Align with group closing timetables and take charge of preparing annual statutory financial statements.
  • Manage corporate tax obligations, including filing, compliance monitoring, and related documentation.
  • Oversee short-term and long-term cash planning, fund allocation, and liquidity management.
  • Develop annual financial plans, monitor budget execution, analyze deviations, and implement cost controls.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams by offering financial insights that support operational decisions.
  • Coordinate meetings for the Board and shareholders, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Handle matters related to company registration updates and regulatory filings.
  • Manage payment processes and accounting activities for associated entities located in Asia.

The Successful Applicant


  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years of involvement in a sizable international auditing or accounting firm.
  • Prior experience participating in SAP implementation projects is an advantage.
  • Strong command of financial practices, regulatory requirements, taxation frameworks, and strategic tax planning.
  • Demonstrates initiative, analytical strength, sound judgment, and the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Highly accountable, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
