Job Role: Field Service Specialist
Location: Taipei City

Job Description:
- Deliver technical service to customers in the region, maintain served install base operation in normal include low level control (PLC), electrical and mechanical parts, as well as troubleshooting
- Maintain and develop customer satisfaction by deliver solid result, professional attitude and continual improvement of system performance.

- Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Evaluation system performance and continual improvement
Qualification and abilities
- University degree major in automation, control engineering or mechatronics with at least 3 to 5 years relevant working experience
- Excellent reading, written and oral skills in English language
- Knowledge of controls (including PLC/industrial PCs), electrical/mechanical systems and networks related automated baggage handling systems or material handling system

- Installation, commissioning, service take over
- Prepare & execute service visits
- Report service visits and make recommendations
- Advise and perform optimizations for systems
- Analyze the performance of systems
- Solve problems
- The first service contact to response technical clarification
- Fault finding and diagnose for system hardware and control system
- Build and/or change system hardware and software configuration
- Preventive and corrective maintenance in automation control system
