Job Description
- Day-to-day customer probe system application operation activity with cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing company.
- Silicon photonics and others probe system results delivery, customer issue support, and internal escalation summary preparation.
- Support customer engagement and possible demo activity supporting with FormFactor products.
- Co-work with different colleagues to solve customer issue and provide solutions to customers. Well communication skills in between customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility of supporting Domestic and International business travel.
- Proven Hands-On experience with Probe system tool at least 3 5 years will be preferred candidate.
- 3 5 years experience of RF/DC/SiPh wafer testing environment setup/debug is
required for the role.
- Working experience in Equipment Vendor or RD/HVM Fab will be a plus.
- Fluent in English verbal/email/report communication.
- Capability of working with different levels of colleagues include Team Lead, Account Manager and Globally R&D Team.
