Conduct application consultations with customers, plan and execute product demonstrations, and provide optimal solutions and application recommendations (e.g., lab-scale trials and process development).
Troubleshoot application-related issues, particularly those related to the Tide Motion bioreactor (adherent cell culture).
Perform product-related process testing to evaluate performance and characteristics. Prepare documentation for internal and customer use (e.g., product lists, user manuals, and related materials) and execute application projects.
Provide sales support, customer training, and application assistance.
Work independently and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and report project progress.
Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to track testing status and ensure timely acquisition of results.
Support product and service application documentation, marketing content preparation, and quotation preparation.
Skill:
2+ years of product application experience, including hands-on experience of cell culture; bioreactor experience will be better.
Able to deliver public presentations in webinars or events.
High level of technical credibility and professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain accurate documentation, and comply with company policies.
Strong presentation skills and interpersonal communication skills.
