Opportunity Overview
- Develop test programs on IC test platforms.
- Provide technical expertise and value to customers.
- Support sales through technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Respond to customer inquiries on system software and applications.
- Deliver software/hardware development and technical consulting.
- Build application solutions based on customer needs that enhance product performance and increase design-ins.

- Bachelors degree or higher in EE or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in test program development.
- Experience with advanced ATE platforms such as UltraFlex, UltraFlex Plus, or comparable systems (e.g., 93K SMT8) is a strong plus.
- Have C# program development capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a can-do mindset.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to work under pressure with high enthusiasm.
