Field Application Engineer

Amphenol LTW is seeking European or American engineers already based in Taiwan or China to join our Junior FAE program.

Role:

- Participate in a 312 month structured training program.

- Includes factory floor immersion to learn production, assembly, and quality.

- Provide technical support, application guidance, and design-in support to customers.

- Author application notes, white papers, and market/competitor analysis.

- After training: return to your home region (Europe/North America) as an FAE, or continue working in Asia depending on fit.

Requirements:

- EU or Americas nationality, currently living in Taiwan/China.

- Engineering degree or equivalent, 2+ years experience.

- English required; Chinese is a plus.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent work style.
