We are now seeking for Factory Manager - F&B Industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run the food factory every day
- Lead and help the team
- Make sure food is made safely and on time
- Fix problems and improve how things work
- Keep machines working well
- Help create new food products
- Order materials and check inventory
- Report results and find ways to save money
- Keep the factory clean, safe, and efficient
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or similar field
- 12+ years in food or beverage manufacturing, with 3-5 years in management
- Experience with lean manufacturing, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and process improvement
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and environmental regulations
- Willing to station in Shenzhen, China
