We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead operations for our high-tech semiconductor and optoelectronic clients across multiple locations in Taiwan. This strategic role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure exceptional client service delivery while managing complex facility operations across four key sites.

Client & Operations Management

  • Oversee facility operations for semiconductor and optoelectronic clients across four locations: two primary sites in Taichung, one site in Linkou, and one site in New Taipei City
  • Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Execute daily operations management in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) requirements
  • Address high-value client problems with strategic solutions
  • Travel regularly between sites as required (travel expenses reimbursed)
  • Additional duties as assigned by senior management

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a multi-site facilities team
  • Manage team attendance, performance, and scheduling across all locations
  • Drive talent retention initiatives and professional development programs
  • Control turnover rates through effective team management and engagement strategies
  • Optimize team organization and structure for maximum efficiency

Financial & Performance Management

  • Monitor and manage team KPIs and performance metrics
  • Oversee payment request processing and approval workflows
  • Control operational spending and budget management
  • Ensure cost-effective service delivery while maintaining quality standards

Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

  • Extensive experience in facilities management / project management / administration management / and general management
  • Strong leadership with proven business acumen and experience of successfully managing an international business.
  • Relevant Facilities / Property/Real Estate qualification
  • Strong people management, diversity management and cultural relationship skills to attract and develop professional staff in line with the growth of the business
  • Strong drive and persistence to achieve results
  • Creative thinking balanced with practicality
