Facility Engineer - Electrical

Responsibilities:

• Direct and assign work orders to the technical team for regular maintenance and repair activities.
• Offer technical support for electrical and mechanical improvement projects.
• Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance tasks as designated.
• Oversee the progress of all outsourced projects and tenant fit-out initiatives.
• Prepare and submit procurement requests for goods and services to senior management.
• Support the testing and commissioning of tenant fit-outs and facilitate the handover of premises to new tenants.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4 years of relevant experience in electrical and/or MVAC operations and maintenance, with a strong preference for data center experience.
• Knowledgeable in UPS systems, generators, chiller plants and low-voltage switchboards are preferred .
