Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Export Logistics Coordinator based at our Taipei office. The role involves managing supply chain logistics, including coordinating inventory, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. The Export Logistics Coordinator will handle customer service communications, liaise with international clients and vendors, and resolve any logistical challenges. The role also includes analyzing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills for logistics performance and data analysis
• Familiarity with international export regulations and shipping processes is a plus
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in standard logistics software and systems
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Relevant experience or education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
