Role Description

The Export Logistics Coordinator (Cycling, Baseball, Racquet) will be responsible for overseeing international logistics operations and ensuring smooth and timely shipments. Day-to-day tasks include managing export documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers, monitoring shipments, and maintaining inventory records. The Coordinator will interface with customers to provide exceptional service and address inquiries related to shipments and distribution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to manage data, assess inventory, and improve logistics processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate effectively with clients, freight providers, and internal teams
• Experience in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and shipment tracking
• Proficiency in relevant software for logistics and inventory management
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English; familiarity with a second language such as Mandarin is a plus
• Previous experience in export logistics or supply chain roles; experience in the sports retail industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
