Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing or NPI program management experience in a hardware or infrastructure environment.
- Proven experience managing custom subcomponents such as cables, thermal solutions, or electro‑mechanical parts.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing readiness, build planning, and supply chain coordination.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent NPIs with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Language: Mandarin proficiency highly desired; English fluency required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with data center infrastructure, server hardware, or custom interconnect components.
- Prior experience in large‑scale hardware manufacturing environments (e.g., hyperscaler or cloud infrastructure companies).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing program management for custom cable and thermal NPI components, ensuring readiness across all build phases.
- Collaborate with design engineering, NPI PMs, and manufacturing partners to track and resolve issues impacting readiness and delivery.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation plans for subcomponents.
- Identify gaps or delays in the NPI process related to custom cable and thermal parts, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Support the ramp‑to‑production transition by ensuring supplier capability, tooling readiness, and quality assurance.
- Provide clear communication and progress updates to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Drive alignment between commodity teams, NPI PMs, and manufacturing engineering to reduce churn and ensure timely execution.
