Job Description

Customer coordination for any requirements from the Sales & SCM teams. Preparation & generation of documents in the local language as needed. Handling the physical submission of documents by dispatching them through the post office or courier services. Managing customs-related filings & paperwork/documentation. Representing Black Box in front of government officials for tax-related matters & formal interactions. Payments on behalf of Black Box to utilities & services like Electricity, telephone bills, customs duties, purchase VAT, courier fees, etc Local banking services (check deposits, remittance confirmations, tax payments, etc. Office General Affairs - Stationery, cleaning supplies, shopping for the Ghost Festival, in the company affairs office Understanding of Taiwan customs regulations related to import & exports & to address any queries from TW customs that needs additional details or to support in case of escalations. Annual income tax filing Support VAT Return filing

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • A bachelor's degree is minimum.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer coordination, Supply Chain Management
  • SAP S4 Hana experience is a must.
  • Good knowledge of general Administration and internal controls.
  • Proven Experience in ensuring smooth delivery of operations
  • Proficient in MS office particularly Excel, Outlook & Word.
  • Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking (written and oral).
  • Proven skills on driving Customer satisfaction.
