Job Description :

Executive Officer in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 533508) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years work experience, preferably with a proven track record in community-wide mental health projects. They should also have excellent project management and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese) good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and IT proficiency. Experience in financial management would be an advantage.

The appointee will provide administrative support to mental health projects. He/She will manage human resources and financial matters provide secretarial support for meetings maintain effective communication within the project team coordinate project events including trainings, overseas tours, conferences and case assessment sessions keep track of all project documents assist in the development of protocols and guidelines and perform other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours may be required occasionally.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
