Faculty of Medicine
Executive Officer II / Project Co-ordinator II
The appointee will work under the Admissions and Student Affairs Team, rendering assistance to student affairs and admissions. Duties include (a) planning and organising student events and marketing campaigns to engage top quality candidates to the Faculty (b) providing support and guidance to student groups and student enrichment activities (c) assisting in student affairs, admissions and related administrative tasks and (d) performing any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a recognised Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or related disciplines (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: (for Executive Officer II) (iii) at least 3 years post-qualification executive experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector (iv) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) (v) creativity in digital content development across platforms, such as Instagram and YouTube, with hands-on experience in merchandise production (vi) excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and organisational skills with attentiveness to details (vii) strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently and (viii) good IT skills. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Project Co-ordinator II. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
