Executive Officer II (Innovation and Impact Development)The appointee will be responsible for (a) liaising and negotiating with the University's internal academic and administrative units and a wide range of external stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives (b) assisting in the end-to-end management of major funding programmes, including planning, allocation tracking, compliance, and reporting (c) providing high-level secretarial support to committees and meetings, including drafting reports, agenda papers, and meeting minutes (d) preparing complex statistical reports, briefing papers, and funding proposals (e) co-ordinating and organising events and outreach activities and (f) conducting ad-hoc projects and performing other administrative tasks as assigned.Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree or above (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: (iii) at least 2 years post-qualification executive experience, preferably in stakeholder negotiation and the management of substantial funding grants or programmes (iv) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (v) strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills (vi) a proactive work attitude and competence in multitasking (vii) the ability to work independently and under pressure (viii) outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills and (ix) strong computer literacy. Having solid experience in writing reports and funding-related papers is preferred.
