The School of Clinical Medicine at the LKS Faculty of Medicine (HKUMed) supports its in advancing teaching and learning, research and clinical service across a diverse range of clinical specialties. The Role
The appointee will provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the senior administrators of the School/ Department. He/she will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks in one or more of the following areas: taught postgraduate programme coordination, human resources, finance administration, event organization, secretarial and committee support, and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Candidates with less experience or lower qualifications may be considered for appointment as Senior Executive Assistant, with opportunities for growth and development.
