Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze domestic and international sustainability trends, regulations, and initiatives to support the development and implementation of the Groups sustainability strategy.
- Plan, execute, and drive sustainability projects to strengthen organizational sustainability capabilities.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, enhance disclosure of the companys sustainability performance, and strive for strong results in domestic and international ESG ratings and benchmarks.
- Support the department heads in supervising team operations and administrative tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the department head.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience driving ESG initiatives in listed companies (manufacturing industry experience preferred) or working as a professional ESG consultant.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability issues, with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, capable of independently generating concrete recommendations for the Group or specific subsidiaries/affiliates.
- Solid project management experience with strong communication skills (experience in leading sustainability teams is a plus).
- Strong writing and presentation skills, with proficiency in preparing impactful reports and presentations (PPT).
- Hands-on experience in preparing sustainability reports and achieving strong performance in international ratings such as S&P Corporate CSA (DJSI), CDP, or similar.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across borders and deliver presentations when needed.
