Job Description
- Lead ERP-related projects and define execution direction across business units
- Act as the primary communication bridge between IT, operations, and management
- Coordinate internal engineers and external vendors to ensure delivery quality and timeline
- Drive system integration initiatives across ERP, POS, WMS, CRM, and payment platforms
- Participate in business process review, requirement clarification, UAT, and user training
- Support system performance improvement and future system upgrade planning
The Successful Applicant
- Experience leading or owning ERP-related projects or programs
- Strong ability to translate business needs into system direction and execution plans
- Comfortable providing guidance to engineers and vendors without being hands-on in development
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Background in retail, F&B, or multi-site operations is a plus, but not mandatory
