Asia American International Academy (AAIA) is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable English Teachers to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students develop a strong understanding of English literature, a global perspective, college-level writing readiness, and critical thinking skills within an international learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, literature, humanities, or a related field
- Valid teaching license or equivalent experience
- Experience teaching American Literature, British Literature, World Literature, AP English Language and Composition, AP English Literature and Composition, and courses preferred
- Experience teaching and/or facilitating Business/Economics courses and AP-level courses preferred
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student growth, academic excellence, and the mission of AAIA
