Job Description:
Position Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Engineer to join our New Product Development (NPD) team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for experiments, logistics, and system operations (SAP) to accelerate product innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Execute experiments for NPD and customer support under the guidance of the Engineers
- Perform routine lab tasks (e.g., extraction testing / Upload the data).
- Support lab safety and organization through the 6S program.
- Assist with shipping, logistics, and inventory tracking of materials and filters.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental data and observations.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering and Material Science
- Hands-on experience in a laboratory environment.
- Familiarity with SAP system / PowerBI is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and suggest process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proven ability to complete tasks on time and work collaboratively in a team setting.
