Job Description
- Maintain and enhance the company's ERP system (SAP)
- Develop internal tools using C# / ASP.NET MVC / Web API
- Build and improve workflows, forms, and automated reports
- Integrate ERP with e-commerce, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment systems
- Work closely with Sales to solve order-to-cash process issues
- Analyze and streamline sales and operations workflows
- Support U.S. colleagues and occasionally travel to US
- Collaborate with both Taiwan and U.S. MIS Managers on system improvements
The Successful Applicant
- xperience with ERP systems (any ERP acceptable)
- Practical development skills: C# / .NET / API / SQL
- Understanding of sales, order flow, inventory, or basic accounting
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Comfortable communicating with non-technical teams (Sales, Ops)
- Intermediate English-able to discuss requirements with U.S. colleagues
