Your Job

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and the engineering and production teams, ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer quality standards. Your focus will be on managing quality assurance processes, resolving customer quality issues, and continually improving our quality systems.

What You Will Do

  • Established a matric action team. Immediately support to customers quality issue as a priority.
  • Collect VOC from customer, deliver correct information to Molex manufacturing plants and drive appropriate actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monthly reflect quality performance by analysis data, to Molex manufacturing division for systemic improvement.
  • Notice to supplier chain hubs, keeping checking all goods cosmetic or specific check points to meet requirement.
  • Keep increase technical knowledge through onsite training in different plants, provide effective supporting & training to customers.
  • Coordinating customer audit. Pre-audit to manufacturing plant to let the customer audit more valuable and efficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Related, Electrical and Electronic Engineering Related, Engineering Discipline
  • WORK EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED:
  • 5+ years of working experience in a manufacturing quality or design quality environment.
  • 2+ years in handling for customer complaint.
  • PREFERRED: Experience in SMT, Connector, cable assemble related industry
  • With good skill for problem solving. (8D, FTA, QC 7 tools, etc.)
  • Have good strategic, logical, and risk-based thinking.
  • Professional integrity, respect, teamwork spirit and capable to work independently.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrating a strong ability to interact with customers, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations is critical. Highlight experiences where you have successfully managed customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: A strong commitment to continuous improvement, evidenced by certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean certifications, or similar, can show your dedication to enhancing processes and reducing waste.
  • Global Experience: If you have experience working in international settings or with global teams, this can be advantageous, especially for companies with a worldwide presence. It indicates your ability to navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Being able to effectively communicate complex quality issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial. Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills can give you an edge.
