Job Description
We are seeking a skilled specialist to manage our global end-user environment. The primary objective is to provide a stable, secure, and efficient user experience through Modern Management technologies.
Core Responsibilities:
SCCM (MECM) Management:
- Administer and maintain the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) infrastructure.
- Manage Operating System Deployment (OSD) task sequences, driver management, and image maintenance for Windows 10/11.
- Oversee global software distribution, third-party application patching, and Windows Updates (WSUS).
Intune & Modern Management:
- Support transition to cloud-based management using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
- Configure and manage Windows Autopilot for seamless device provisioning.
- Implement and maintain MDM (Mobile Device Management) and MAM (Mobile Application Management) policies for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
Identity & Policy Management:
- Manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) in Active Directory and migrate legacy policies to Intune Configuration Profiles.
- Support Hybrid Azure AD (Entra ID) joined environments
Security & Compliance:
- Manage endpoint security configurations, including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and EDR agent deployment.
- Ensure devices meet compliance standards (ISO 27001) and remediate vulnerabilities identified by security audits.
Automation & Scripting:
- Write advanced PowerShell scripts for automation of application packaging, system configuration, and remediation tasks.
Operations & Support:
- Serve as Tier 3 support for complex OS and application issues escalated by the helpdesk.
- Create and update technical documentation, administrator manuals, and SOPs for the service desk and end-users.
- Communicate in English to perform global IT support operations and cooperate with cross-departmental projects.
Qualifications
Required Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) architecture and operation.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot and Configuration Profiles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 architecture, Registry, and WMI.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Azure AD (Entra ID).
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (Exam MD-102) is highly preferred.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or ISO 27001 awareness.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Written and Spoken) for global collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex desktop issues.
