Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate server hardware for EMC compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement EMC testing procedures, methodologies, and best practices.
- Lead EMC testing activities, including emission and immunity testing, and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex EMC issues and provide solutions to enhance product performance.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to integrate EMC considerations into the product development lifecycle.
- Stay current with the latest EMC technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of EMC testing or hardware design experience, preferably with server products.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of EMC standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with emission and immunity testing.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for EMC issues.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in global teams.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
