Key Responsibilities
- Monitor EDI transaction with vendors and partners
- Ensure data is correct, complete and received on time
- Analyze B2B errors and make necessary actions to address them
- Coordinate B2B issues with affected vendors and follow through with resolution
- Analyze and define EDI report specs and enhancements
- Coordinate new requirements and changes with stakeholders
- Conduct meetings with the vendors to monitor project status, progress and implementation
- Design and perform testing and validation Support SC users for B2B transaction concerns and errors
Key Qualifications
- Strong expertise in EDI standards and protocols
- Handson experience with EDI/B2B integration platforms
- Advanced troubleshooting and data analysis skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and master data
- Proficiency in testing, validation, and documentation
