Reporting directly to the Asia Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Campaign Specialist has a vital role in elevating digital guest journey and conversion via managing contents, campaigns and user experiences on Hong Kong websites (bilingual 9 currencies shipping to 11 Asia locations).
Content and Experience Planning:
- Plan on-site content refresh including weekly updates and key campaigns that drive engage visits and revenue to the site reflects business needs and direction developed in partnership with digital marketing, product and brand team.
Execution and Process Management:
- Brief designers and copywriters to create site contents, overseeing the entire process to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop a visual merchandising strategy and partner with the digital operations team to ensure effective implementation.
- Upload contents, conduct quality assurance on live site content, including asset accuracy, link testing, product stock, user experience, and content uploads.
Reporting and Market Research:
- Produce reports with actionable recommendations based on sales data, site metrics, market trends and other related data to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth. Reports will be generated weekly or as requested.
Cross-Regional Support and Coordination:
- Lead the development and execution of key campaigns and on-site optimizations.
- Streamline processes by creating templates and documentation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Serve as the liaison between global and regional ecommerce teams to align on best practices and address market needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or related fields, with a strong understanding of in e-commerce campaign management and website merchandising.
- Experience managing multiple languages and operating websites across different countries and currencies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics and Power BI is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional and cross regional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and manage various campaigns simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, digital trends, and consumer purchasing behavior in Asia, particularly in Hong Kong, Taiwan and SEA countries.
