Job Description
- Lead cross-border supply chain operations, including KPI management and SOP enhancement
- Define and execute import requirements by category and manage order fulfilment
- Oversee third-party import and fulfilment partners to meet performance standards
- Act as the main point of contact for import-related communication across locations
- Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, retail, or e-commerce
- Strong background in cross-border operations or courier services
- Proven ability to drive change and manage complex environments effectively
- Existing relationships with Taiwan Customs are highly advantageous
- Fluent in Chinese with strong English communication skills
