Program Overview
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join the Hyatt Greater China digital team based in Hong Kong, with a commitment to a minimum 6-month internship. This role focuses on supporting the day-to-day operation and marketing of Hyatt's direct channels, as well as assisting in the ideation, planning, development, launch, and optimization of new digital initiatives.
You will also gain hands-on experience in supporting Hyatt's e-commerce operations across key platforms in China, as well as involvement in related finance tracking and reporting. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn and contribute across the full digital marketing lifecycle in the hospitality industry.
Position Responsibilities / Essential Function
Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
Language Skills: a good working knowledge of English and proficiency in local language is an advantage
Experience: relevant internship & work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage
Skills: strong communication & interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness
Computer Skills: proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
