E-commerce Assistant for California Sports Sunglass Brand (Cycling, Baseball, Racquet)

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Assistant based in Taipei City. The E-commerce Assistant will support daily online operations, manage customer transactions, monitor inventory, and assist in order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities also include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining the online storefront, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experiences and drive sales.

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Experience in Sales and E-Commerce to contribute to online platforms and sales strategies
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software systems and e-commerce platforms
• A passion for cycling or knowledge of cycling products is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
