Douyin User Product Manager-UGC Submission Tool Direction

1. Responsible for Douyin creation and publishing tools, starting from user feedback, data and other dimensions to create useful publisher tools 2. Mining user publishing needs, lowering the publishing threshold, and increasing Douyin submission rate 3. Participating in the complete product design process of related businesses and functions represented by Douyin camera 4. Responsible for promoting the plan, coordinating resources from all parties and helping the team achieve goals efficiently.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of product experience related to Internet imaging, familiar with UGC creation tool products, and those with AIGC related experience are preferred 2. Good at observation and summary, deeply understand the key to product success or failure, able to clearly define problems and seek multiple solutions 3. Have rigorous logical thinking ability, sensitive to data, good at mining the value of data, focusing on process and results 4. Have excellent goal separation and pressure resistance, and be able to maintain efficient execution and work rhythm 5. Pay attention to product design details, be pursuing and aesthetic.
