Responsibilities
1. Responsible for promoting the access to external upstream channel resources for living payment/operator projects, including but not limited to water, electricity, coal, social security, mobile phone recharge and other subjects, quickly introducing external cooperation resources, and exploring rich cooperation models 2. Responsible for expanding and completing the channels for living payment/operator projects, negotiating prices and contract agreements, etc., to meet the needs of users in the Douyin ecosystem 3. Actively understand the development trends of the industry, study the methods of competitors in the industry, and continuously optimize products and services 4. Research and output cooperation plans for people's livelihood payment in the industry, understand the methods of the industry and be responsible for business growth.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, experience in the life payment/operator industry, familiar with industry standards and policies and regulations, complete cooperation negotiation and implementation work 2. Have an in-depth understanding of the industry's market environment and development trends, and have excellent industry awareness and forward-looking capabilities 3. Have high program design and negotiation skills, be familiar with product development processes, and be able to coordinate the work of multiple departments such as product development, operations, and marketing 4. Have good communication skills, strategic planning skills, execution skills and organizational coordination skills, and be able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
