Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage CI/CD pipeline development, including build, integration, test, and release automation
- Develop and maintain software/scripts for CI/CD workflows and engineering automation
- Provide support to team in the development and implementation of dock technology products
- Define, develop, and execute automation test plans aligned with firmware and system requirements
- Coordinate across firmware, hardware, validation, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth execution
- Track project schedules, risks, and deliverables; proactively drive issue resolution
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders

Work Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Overall, 5–8+ years of experience in Embedded Firmware / Embedded Software domain
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
- 3+ years of Project Requirement Management in engineering or technology-driven projects
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline software and script development
- Hands‑on experience with automation test plan development
- Understanding of software/firmware development lifecycle and engineering workflows
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams
