PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- ,Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments by executing payment processes in full compliance with company procedures and policies.
- ,Utilize efficient analytical tools to generate monthly management reports, including cost analysis and key operational indicators.
- ,Consolidate monthly operational data and present performance reports to management and cross-functional teams, supporting strategic decision-making.
- ,Monitor and follow up on project execution progress on a monthly basis; propose annual procurement plans based on operational needs.
- ,Optimize asset and spare parts management costs through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- , Bachelor's degree or above; a major in Logistics, Finance or related fields is plus
- 2 Minimum of 2 years of work experience in supply chain or logistics industry
- Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP Proficiency in Microsoft, OFFICE especially EXCEL, understanding on SAP system and data analysis techniques
- ,,()Detail and results-oriented with strong execution, organization, and communication (presentation, verbal, and written) skills
- Intermediate proficient in spoken and written English communication
